Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.

- Define AI architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation strategy.

- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning techniques.

- Develop intelligent AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automation solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to identify AI use cases.

- Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks, models, and cloud AI services.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

- Mentor AI engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning.

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries/frameworks.

- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

- Experience integrating AI models through REST APIs and enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and scalable application design.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance.

- Exposure to multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows.
