Role Overview :

As a Fullstack Developer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable, high-performance web applications that power our core enterprise platforms.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, robust technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the user experience and functional efficiency of our enterprise-grade software, ensuring that our clients can leverage our technology to solve critical business challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end web application features using React.js and Python to ensure seamless integration between the frontend interface and backend services.

- Optimize application performance and scalability by refining database queries and streamlining API interactions to support high-concurrency enterprise workloads.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct code reviews and architectural discussions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and secure codebases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the full stack to maintain system reliability and improve overall platform stability for global users.

- Mentor junior developers by sharing best practices in software engineering, testing, and documentation to foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Required Skillset :

- 6 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a deep proficiency in building responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and robust backend services using Python.

- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and managing data persistence layers, ensuring efficient communication between client-side applications and server-side infrastructure.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, backed by a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions.
