eClerx - Product Manager - Enterprise Platform

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Product Management, Enterprise Applications, ERP platforms (SAP), LexisNexis/Nexus solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires a techno-functional leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous enhancement.

- Collaborate with business, engineering, UX, architecture, and operations teams to deliver enterprise-grade products.

- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product features and functional requirements.

- Prioritize product backlogs, manage release planning, and ensure timely product delivery.

- Drive adoption of enterprise platforms including SAP, LexisNexis, Nexus, and related business applications.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.

- Define KPIs, product metrics, and success measures to drive continuous improvement.

- Manage stakeholder communication, product governance, and executive reporting.

- Support pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and strategic customer engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience managing enterprise products throughout the complete product lifecycle.

- Strong exposure to SAP ERP, LexisNexis/Nexus platforms, or similar enterprise applications.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.

- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience with Product Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
