We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical delivery of our NDC (New Distribution Capability) program. This role will lead the design and implementation of modern airline distribution solutions and will work at the intersection of airline systems, travel domain processes, and scalable technology platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the travel domain, strong technical skills, and hands-on experience building travel products. NDC experience is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of the NDC platform and related integrations.

- Define system architecture and integration patterns.

- Work closely with product, business and cross teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Guide and mentor engineering teams, enforcing best practices for coding, security, performance, and reliability.

- Drive technical decision-making, trade-off analysis, and solution governance.

- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8-12 years experience

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead leading complex integration platforms.

- Strong background in API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.

- Experience with high-volume, low-latency transaction systems.

- Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and resilient systems.

- Back-end programming languages : Node JS, GO lang, PHP

- API technologies : REST, JSON, XML

- Working knowledge of Elastic Search and key/value stores (Redis, Memcached etc)
