Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Data Governance and Metadata Management solutions using Open Metadata / Collate.

- Configure and manage Data Governance workflows, metadata, data assets, and governance processes.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into practical governance solutions.

- Support implementation of Data Contracts, Data Products, RACI frameworks, and Data Ontology.

- Establish and improve processes around Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Metadata Management.

- Collaborate with Business, IT, Compliance, Data Owners, and Data Stewards across the organization.

- Perform basic data querying and profiling to support data validation and assessment activities.

- Contribute to governance standards, templates, workflows, and best practices.

- Support enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement of data governance practices.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in Data Governance / Data Management.

- Strong hands-on experience with Open Metadata / Collate.

- Experience with Open Metadata implementation, configuration, and administration.

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Governance and Metadata Management.

Hands-on knowledge of :

- Data Governance Workflows, Data Contracts, Data Products, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, RACI, Data Ontology, Metadata Management.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Enterprise Data Governance experience, Data Architecture exposure, Solution Architecture experience, Product Management exposure, Experience working on multiple Open Metadata / Collate implementations, Experience in data quality and data management frameworks.
