DLP Engineer Level 3 (L3)

Specialization : Microsoft Purview & Zscaler DLP

Experience : 8+ years

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise-wide DLP strategy using Microsoft Purview and Zscaler.

- Architect scalable solutions for data classification, labeling, and protection.

- Integrate Purview and Zscaler DLP controls for unified enforcement.

- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Graph API) for policy deployment and reporting.

- Conduct security assessments and continuous improvement of DLP policies.

- Lead incident response for critical data exfiltration attempts and insider threats.

- Mentor L2 engineers and provide technical escalation support.

- Align DLP policies with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Required Skills :

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP, MIP sensitivity labels, and compliance center.

- Expertise in Zscaler DLP policy configuration and traffic inspection.

- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, API integration).

- Experience in architecture design and integration with third-party systems.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Microsoft SC-400 / SC-401

- Zscaler Certified Cloud Security Specialist (ZCCS)
