Experience & Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience, with proven ownership of significant systems end-to-end.

- Full-stack development is a must end-to-end development experience including quality aspects like unit testing, e2e testing, performance and load testing.

- Expertise in AI-assisted coding, debugging, and reviewing, following spec-driven engineering practices.

- 2+ years in a tech lead / engineering manager capacity leading a team of 38 engineers.

- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies backend (Node.js/Java/Python), frontend (React/Angular), databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Experience owning architecture decisions and driving them through to production.

- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team practices (code quality, CI/CD, testing).

- Comfortable working directly with product managers to translate requirements into technical plans.

- Strong business acumen able to understand product goals, customer impact, and business tradeoffs, not just technical correctness; translates business priorities into technical decisions and vice versa.
