Desired Skills and Experience :

- 6+ yrs experience in delivering data science solutions / services

- 2+ years of working experience on supply chain and manufacturing problems and deep interest in learning more about this space

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in application of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms

- Ability to research and learn from the state-of-the-art in AI/ML and implement/prototype solution

- Ability to engage with the client stakeholders to structure and drive discussions for unstructured problem or questions from the client.

- Ability to understand business problems, articulate, ideate & converge on solution approach and develop analytical solutions with measurable Business outcomes

- Ability to project yourself as a technical decision maker and thought leader in the data science space

- Ability to identify new opportunities and extend existing opportunity. Convert capability to revenue
