About the Role :

Inviting applications for the role of Director Data Engineering. This role (Material Master Data Domain Lead) is pivotal in Genpact's journey, acting as the voice of IT within the Product Data Council and influencing up to Director level. You will be responsible for bringing thought leadership, leading practice, and delivering agreed IT components and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create a single, consistent view of Material Master Data across the client through the full lifecycle by establishing enterprise data model and architecture, SAP MDG Template and Integration, Data Quality and Process reporting.

- Collaborate with x-functional domain owners, stewards, and governance to translate business process and standards into an E2E solution template.

- Deliver blueprinting and functional design of MDM Template solutions linked to Master Data domain strategies.

- Define clear roadmaps for migration from AS-IS to TO-BE states, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Coach and mentor junior associates pursuing a technical career path.

Qualifications :

- College Degree, preferably in a technical field.

- Considerable experience of Master Data Management or Data Architecture spanning multiple domains in a complex multi-national corporate environment.

- Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions on the SAP stack (MDG/IS/Data Services/HANA, etc.).

- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven management experience within a matrix organization.

- Strong business acumen of the FMCG industry and the Product/Material area.

- Experience with Solutions Architecture and Applications portfolio management.
