Director - Data Engineering

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data Engineering to spearhead our data initiatives, leveraging their expertise in building scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data platforms to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ data engineers to ensure the successful delivery of data projects

- Architect and oversee 45 major data projects, driving innovation and excellence in data engineering

- Drive client solutioning, pre-sales, and RFP responses to identify new business opportunities

- Implement robust Data Governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance

- Spearhead AI/GenAI initiatives within the data ecosystem to drive business innovation

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in building scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data platforms

- Experience with Databricks and Snowflake

- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare Domain

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in leading and mentoring large teams of data engineers

- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks

- Experience with AI/GenAI initiatives and their application in the data ecosystem
