Role Overview :

- Leadership role within Sigmoids Data Science & Analytics practice, responsible for owning multi-client BI and analytics programs, managing large teams, and driving business impact for Fortune 500 customers.

- The role combines strategic client engagement, delivery ownership, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver complex BI & data analytics programs across multiple clients.

- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable BI solutions.

- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through insight-driven delivery.

- Oversee analytics delivery while coordinating with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, business-aligned deliverables.

- Own customer commitments, timelines, and delivery governance.

- Recruit, onboard, and directly manage 1520 analytics professionals.

- Contribute to practice development and account growth.

Core Skill Sets Required :

Leadership & Management :

- 15+ years overall experience; 10+ years in data analytics delivery.

- Strong team leadership, people management, and delivery ownership.

- Multi-client program management with competing priorities.

Analytics & BI Expertise :

- Strong business intelligence and analytics problem-solving.

- Expertise in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.

- Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL frameworks.

Cloud & Data Platforms :

- Hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS.

- Experience with data lakes and cloud-native analytics architectures.

Business & Stakeholder Skills :

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to present insights that drive KPI improvements.

- Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making.

Governance & Domain Knowledge (Plus) :

- Experience with data quality, access control, compliance frameworks.

- Domain exposure to CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing.
