Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director / Director AI Consulting to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI Consulting, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Enterprise AI, Technology Consulting, and Digital Transformation with proven experience in leading consulting engagements, managing CXO stakeholders, and driving large-scale AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise AI consulting and digital transformation engagements from strategy through execution.

- Define AI roadmaps, identify business use cases, and develop enterprise AI strategies.

- Advise clients on Generative AI, Machine Learning, Enterprise AI, and AI adoption frameworks.

- Design scalable AI solution architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Lead executive workshops and provide strategic recommendations to CXO stakeholders.

- Drive AI transformation programs across multiple industries and business functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Product, and Delivery.

- Ensure successful project delivery, governance, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and act as a trusted technology advisor.

- Lead proposal development, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.

- Mentor and manage high-performing consulting teams while fostering innovation and capability development.

- Support practice growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing engagements.

- Strong people leadership with experience managing consulting and delivery teams.

- Ability to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring successful execution.

- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
