Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead AI/ML and data science programs for advanced manufacturing operations, with hands-on ownership of solution direction and delivery outcomes.

- Drive enterprise-wide digital manufacturing and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption across manufacturing sites and functions.

- Own program execution for AI-enabled manufacturing use cases, including planning, prioritization, and scaling across operations.

- Lead and manage large teams and cross-functional transformation efforts, coordinating with manufacturing operations and digital stakeholders.

- Ensure transformation initiatives align with manufacturing regulations and compliance expectations, supporting audit-ready execution.

Skills Required :

- 18 - 23 years of relevant experience in manufacturing transformation and AI/ML or data science initiatives

- Machine learning and AI/ML applied to manufacturing transformation initiatives

- Data science leadership for advanced manufacturing operations

- Pharmaceutical manufacturing domain expertise and manufacturing operations background

- Digital manufacturing and enterprise-wide transformation program leadership

Good to Have :

- Compliance experience in manufacturing environments

- GCC/GIC transformation experience within manufacturing organizations
