We are looking for a highly experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and DBT, along with hands-on exposure to modern data platform implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong domain experience in Property and Casualty Insurance and should have contributed to enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation programs. The role requires strong technical expertise in building scalable data pipelines, working with cloud data platforms, and implementing robust data models to support business analytics needs.

Must Have :

- Strong P&C Insurance domain experience (4+ years minimum).

- Snowflake & DBT expertise (4+ years minimum).

- Experience in enterprise data platforms and cloud analytics.

Experience Required :

- 10 to 15 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain (mandatory).

- Candidates should have worked on enterprise-scale data and analytics programs within insurance organizations.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT (minimum 4+ years).

- Experience in Data Lake / Modern Data Platform implementations (mandatory).

- Good understanding of Data Modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data engineering environments.

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization.
