Position Summary :

The OT Security Operations Manager will be responsible for leading Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity operations across manufacturing environments. The role focuses on strengthening the organization's OT security posture by managing security technologies, coordinating incident response, driving governance, collaborating with manufacturing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day OT security operations across manufacturing facilities.

- Monitor, assess, and coordinate response to OT security events in collaboration with the BAU Security Operations team.

- Ensure timely investigation, containment, and remediation of OT security incidents.

- Administer and optimize OT security platforms including Claroty xDome, Claroty Secure Remote Access (SRA), and Cylance Protect Antivirus.

- Perform periodic OT security risk assessments and prepare executive reports.

- Manage relationships with security vendors, technology partners, and OEMs.

- Lead OT Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives and cyber resilience drills.

- Participate in Red Team and Purple Team exercises involving OT environments.

- Ensure alignment with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and NIS2.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Claroty xDome, Claroty SRA, and Cylance Protect AV.

- Knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity technologies, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and manufacturing environments.

- Familiarity with OT network segmentation, threat detection, and remote access security.

- Understanding of vulnerability management and OT incident response.

Required Experience :

- 812+ years of overall cybersecurity experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.

- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.

Preferred Certifications :

- GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GRID, CISSP, CISM, or Claroty Certified Professional.
