Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Redis Enterprise and Open Source environments.

- Monitor Redis infrastructure health, performance, availability, memory utilization, and capacity.

- Configure and manage Redis Cluster, Replication, and Sentinel setups.

- Implement and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, replication, connectivity, and memory optimization.

- Manage Redis security configurations, access controls, authentication, and patching activities.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support Redis-based applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience in Redis Administration and production support.

- Expertise in managing Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Replication, and high-availability architectures.

- Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Ansible.

- Exposure to cloud and container platforms such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Redis Insight, or similar tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling production incidents and performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale Enterprise environments.
