About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in software development. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance applications, driving AI-first engineering practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack Developers, promoting engineering excellence and AI-first development practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS.

- Drive end-to-end feature delivery from architecture to deployment.

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.

- Ensure high application availability, scalability, security, and performance.

- Review code, enforce engineering standards, and improve development processes.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to deliver business-critical features.

- Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.

- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform reliability.

- Drive system architecture, cloud optimization, and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack Development experience with team leadership responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS, and related cloud infrastructure.

- Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and application scalability.

- Experience implementing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Machine Learning solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
