As an Informatica Developer, you will be at the core of our data integration initiatives, designing and maintaining robust ETL architectures that serve as the backbone for our clients' analytical platforms. You will collaborate closely with data architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data workflows. Your work will directly influence the accuracy and availability of data, ensuring that our stakeholders can rely on high-quality information to support their operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows to facilitate seamless data integration across disparate source systems.

- Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of critical business reports and dashboards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform data profiling and validation, ensuring the integrity and consistency of data assets.

- Implement best practices in data warehousing and ETL design to enhance system scalability and maintainability for long-term project success.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS, with a deep understanding of advanced transformations and workflow management.

- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to manipulate and analyze data within relational database environments.

- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a distributed team environment.

- Solid grasp of data warehousing methodologies, including Star and Snowflake schemas, and their application in real-world business scenarios.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning new data technologies.

- Capability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
