Dell One Identity Manager Developer profiles

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and analyze MSSQL objects including stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions while ensuring optimal performance.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize database-related tasks and processes.

- Utilize synchronization editors, web designers, and other related tools effectively.

- Develop custom connectors and perform root cause analysis for emerging issues.

- Analyze database queue progress to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

- Provide weekend and extended support when required.

- Collaborate across teams to support Level 2 issue analysis and resolution.

- Implement new features and functionalities using Dell One Identity Manager tools.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills within Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environments.

Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of experience in development and customization with Dell One Identity Manager.

- Core IDAM Expertise : Strong understanding of IDAM concepts alongside experience with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.

- Scripting : Proficiency in advanced PowerShell development.

- Problem Solving : Solid knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities for issues within Dell One Identity Manager (1IM).

- Requirements Analysis : Ability to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements based on client IAM use cases.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
