About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Semiconductor, VLSI, and Embedded Engineering programs. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, managing delivery excellence, building technical capabilities, and delivering high-quality semiconductor engineering solutions to global clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the semiconductor lifecycle, along with proven experience in client engagement, team leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Revenue Growth:

- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for large semiconductor engineering programs.

- Drive revenue growth by creating differentiated semiconductor service offerings.

- Develop strategies to expand market share and achieve business targets.

2. Technical Leadership:

- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across:

1. RTL Design

2. Functional Verification

3. Physical Design

4. Design for Testability (DFT)

5. SoC Integration

- Ensure successful project execution across the complete semiconductor development lifecycle.

3. Client Engagement & Business Development:

- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers.

- Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, and pre-sales engagements.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

4. Talent & Team Development:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing semiconductor engineering teams.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build scalable delivery capabilities.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

5. Ecosystem Partnerships:

- Establish and strengthen relationships with EDA tool vendors and IP partners.

- Stay updated on emerging semiconductor technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.

- 1520 years of progressive experience in semiconductor engineering and leadership.

- Strong understanding of advanced semiconductor technologies, including 7nm, 5nm, and below.

- Demonstrated ability to convert technical capabilities into commercial opportunities.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
