Delivery Lead - .Net Techologies

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to drive product delivery and release execution across our ASP.NET-based web platform, overseeing our React Native mobile apps, managed primarily on AWS. This is a hands-on technical leadership position combining strong .NET and DevOps capabilities with proven experience in release management, project delivery, and cross-team coordination.

The Delivery Lead partners closely with the Principal Engineer in technical direction and architecture to ensure smooth releases, predictable sprint outcomes, and stable production operations, jointly nurturing the development team.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery & Release Management :

- Own release planning, scheduling, and coordination across backend, frontend, QA, and product teams.

- Track sprint commitments, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery against roadmap milestones.

- Maintain delivery dashboards / tracking tools (Jira experience highly valued) and enforce release hygiene.

- Coordinate code-freeze, build validation, deployment sign-offs, and post-release verification.

Technical Leadership & DevOps :

- Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and Founder on high-level solution design and architecture reviews.

- Contribute to hands-on ASP.NET (C#, Webforms, ASP.NET Core, Web API) coding for key modules or refactors.

- Maintain and execute CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy experience highly valued).

- Manage deployment, monitoring, and rollback processes for web and mobile apps.

- Ensure environment consistency across Dev / Stage / Prod; manage AWS resource usage and cost efficiency.

Process & Quality :

- Champion engineering best practices - code reviews, coding standards and standard conventions.

- Partner with QA Lead / BA to improve defect leakage, regression automation, and release stability.

- Ensure well documented architecture, environment setup, and release procedures.

People Enablement & Mentorship :

- Mentor developers on estimation, release planning, and DevOps principles.

- Act as escalation point for delivery blockers (technical or process).

- Collaborate with Principal Engineer to foster continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements :

Core Experience :

- 7+ years total experience, including at least 1 year leading delivery or release processes.

- Strong expertise in ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, REST API, RDBMLS (Preferably MySQL), and related frameworks.

- Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Lamda, Route53 or similar).

- Experience managing end-to-end releases for SaaS / B2B web applications.

- Experience working with CI/CD tools & processes.

- Comfortable operating in small, high-ownership teams.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to React Native or mobile build pipelines.

- Familiarity with monitoring & alerting (Site24x7, New Relic, Datadog, etc.).

- Understanding of security, backup, and disaster-recovery best practices in AWS.
