Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead Saviynt (IGA) to lead and drive Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives for a leading IT organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Saviynt implementation, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and team leadership.

This role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of identity security controls.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Saviynt engineering and support teams, ensuring successful delivery of IGA programs and projects.

- Design, implement, and optimize Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt.

- Manage user access lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, transfers, and offboarding.

- Configure and maintain access approval workflows, provisioning processes, and automated controls.

- Lead access certification campaigns, access reviews, and governance activities to ensure compliance.

- Oversee onboarding and integration of connected and disconnected applications within the Saviynt ecosystem.

- Manage Active Directory group governance and entitlement administration.

- Develop and maintain JSON-based configurations, custom workflows, and automation scripts.

- Utilize PowerShell and Java scripting to enhance operational efficiency and automate identity management processes.

- Monitor reconciliation jobs, provisioning tasks, and system performance to ensure service reliability.

- Handle incident management, problem resolution, service requests, and ITSM queue operations.

- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, and governance reports.

- Drive implementation of least-privilege access principles and role-based access controls.

- Manage non-human account lifecycle processes, including service and privileged accounts.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Saviynt platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to align identity governance strategies with organizational objectives.

- Ensure adherence to security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA.

- Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Access Governance.

- Experience in access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.

- Hands-on experience with connected and disconnected application onboarding.

- Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management and provisioning workflows.

- Experience with Active Directory group management and identity administration.

- Proficiency in JSON development and customization.

- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Java.

- Experience with ITSM platforms and queue management processes.

- Knowledge of non-human account lifecycle management and privileged access controls
