Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Python, and MongoDB, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Python.

- Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues across the technology stack.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD processes.

- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in full stack software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Node.js

2. React.js

3. Python

4. MongoDB

- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.

- Experience with database design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning in MongoDB.

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of application security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
