Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data visualization expert responsible for designing, developing, and managing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau software.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data, and the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information for various business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in empowering data-driven decisions and promoting best practices in data visualization.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization :

- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Translate complex data sets into intuitive and compelling visualizations that reveal key trends and insights.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for all Tableau products.

Data Analysis & Integrity :

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to draw business-relevant conclusions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Utilize strong SQL skills to write and analyze complex queries, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting.

- Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with various teams and business stakeholders to identify their data needs and leverage company data effectively.

- Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Data Processes & Systems :

- Apply a solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principles to support data analysis and reporting workflows.

Required Skills :

Technical Proficiency :

- Proven hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau-based dashboards and reports.

- Strong skills in writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.

Analytical & Visualization :

- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Expertise in data visualization tools, with deep knowledge of Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with other BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

- Knowledge of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with advanced Tableau features such as Tableau Server/Online administration or Tableau Prep.

- Relevant certifications, such as Tableau Desktop Certified Associate
