Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will design and build scalable enterprise-grade applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices for our healthcare and life-sciences analytics platforms, while actively leveraging AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.

Core Programming & Frameworks :

- Strong proficiency in Java 11+ / Java 17.

- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis).

Cloud, DevOps & Containerization :

- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP services.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

AI-Assisted Development :

- Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-powered development tools, such as :

1. GitHub Copilot.

2. Cursor AI.

3. ChatGPT / LLM-assisted coding.

4. AI-assisted code generation, debugging, testing, and refactoring.

5. Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development productivity.

Database & Data Management :

- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle).

- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Database schema design, query optimization, and JPA / Hibernate performance tuning.

Engineering Practices :

- Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable architecture.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum development.

- Writing unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) and integration tests.

- Conducting code reviews and collaborative development.

Additional Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on SaaS platforms.

- Familiarity with data platforms or analytics products.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs.

- Exposure to healthcare / life-sciences data standards is a plus.
