Job Summary :

The Dataiku Developer is responsible for building scalable data workflows, preparing and transforming data datasets, and deploying analytical models using Dataiku DSS. This role involves migrating legacy data workflows into Dataiku, optimizing query performance, and ensuring reliable data delivery to cross-functional business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of 10- 12 operational projects to meet specific business requirements.

- Pipeline Development & Orchestration : Design, build, and maintain production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines inside Dataiku using Flow, visual recipes, and automation scenarios.

- Custom Code Integration : Write clean, efficient Python scripts and advanced SQL queries to build custom Dataiku recipes, plugins, and web apps where visual tools fall short.

- Legacy Migrations : Translate and rebuild existing data workflows from older platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Excel macros, legacy stored procedures) into optimized Dataiku projects.

- Data Quality & Governance : Implement data validation, data profiling, and quality check steps within workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.

- Model Deployment : Assist data scientists in packaging, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models and API endpoints within the Dataiku environment.

- Collaboration & Enablement : Partner with business analysts, finance teams, and data scientists to gather requirements, troubleshoot workflow errors, and train non-technical users on how to interact with Dataiku dashboards.

Must Have Skills :

- 5+ years of Dataiku development

- Strong Python Development skills

- Ability to function within a small team, working alone and as a group
