- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements

- Design and develop end-to-end MicroStrategy BI solutions, aligned to business objectives

- Develop and optimize interactive reports, dashboards, scorecards, dossiers, and schema objects

- Create and maintain data models (facts, attributes, hierarchies, Intelligent Cubes)

- Integrate data from databases, data warehouses, and external systems into MicroStrategy

- Perform SQL query optimization, report tuning, and MicroStrategy application performance improvement

- Execute data validation, UAT support, and deployment activities

- Support admin tasks including access control, object migration, and environment maintenance

- Work closely with cross-functional teams for data accuracy, governance, and solution scalability

- Follow Agile methodologies and maintain documentation for BI deliverables

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, Intelligence Server, Architect

- Hands-on expertise in SQL and database concepts

- Strong knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake)

- Experience with VLDB settings, performance tuning, and environment troubleshooting

- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions

Preferred Skills :

- Working knowledge of Power BI or other BI visualization tools

- Experience with MicroStrategy certification is an added advantage

- Exposure to cloud data warehouses is beneficial
