Job Description :

- Design, build, and operate scalable data and AI platforms (Genie + GithubCopilot) on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

- Enable GenAI and AI workloads using Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, Vector Search, Model Serving, and related capabilities.

- Leverage Databricks Genie and AI/BI to deliver self-service analytics, natural language data access, dashboards, and actionable insights.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging Databricks innovations to improve engineering productivity and business value.

- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, AI engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale data platforms using Azure Databricks and the broader Azure ecosystem.

- Proven ability to leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to streamline software development and automate repetitive coding tasks.

- Strong command over BI/DW principles, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and performance optimization in cloud environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Highly collaborative mindset, capable of leading distributed teams in a hybrid work environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
