Position : Databricks CoE Solution Lead.

Experience : 13 to 17 Years.

Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune.

Professional Summary :

- 10+ years in Data, Analytics, AI and Cloud transformation; 5+ years hands-on Databricks architecture and delivery.

- Deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Workflows, Asset Bundles, MLflow and Genie.

- Advanced Spark/PySpark, SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT, performance tuning and distributed data processing.

- Enterprise data platform design across Azure, AWS and/or GCP.

- Strong grasp of data governance, security, metadata management, privacy, compliance and FinOps.

- Databricks certifications and AI/ML, GenAI and modern analytics experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Databricks SME and provide architecture leadership, governance, and best practices across data, analytics, and AI engagements.

- Lead enterprise solution architecture, platform modernization, migration assessments, and Databricks adoption initiatives.

- Design scalable Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Data Governance solutions on Databricks.

- Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures, and solution assets to drive delivery efficiency and differentiation.

- Support strategic pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops, executive presentations, and complex solutioning engagements.

- Provide technical oversight and architecture governance for key programs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.

- Drive innovation and evaluate emerging Databricks capabilities to strengthen service offerings and technical competitiveness.

- Mentor architects, SMEs, and engineering teams through knowledge sharing, coaching, and capability development initiatives.

- Establish engineering standards, architecture review processes, and delivery best practices across the practice.

- Collaborate with Databricks, cloud hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to strengthen joint go-to-market and solution development efforts.

- Contribute to practice growth through competency building, technical hiring, community engagement, and thought leadership.
