About the Role :

Genpact is looking for a Lead Consultant - Databricks Platform Admin. This role focuses on configuration, upgrades, patches, security, and Databricks platform integration with AWS, IDM, and other technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Act as the Databricks account owner, managing workspaces, AWS accounts, audit logs, and high-level usage monitoring

- Manage Databricks workspace users and groups including single sign-on, provisioning, access control, and workspace storage

- Manage S3 access across a large user base

- Manage cluster and jobs configuration options

- Optimize usage for performance and cost

- Build infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation template)

- Implement Databricks security and privacy setup

- Troubleshoot end-user and platform-level issues

- Deliver client presentations and demos

- Multitask and reprioritize tasks on the fly

Requirements :

- Good understanding of Unity catalog

- Experience as Databricks account owner and workspace admin

- Proficiency in AWS and Databricks platform integration

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
