Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building intelligent multi-agent systems that drive automation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Build and deploy autonomous and collaborative AI agents for complex business workflows.

- Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.

- Integrate LLMs including GPT, LLaMA, and Mistral into enterprise AI applications.

- Design memory architectures, tool integrations, and action-planning mechanisms for AI agents.

- Implement hierarchical agent frameworks and distributed agent coordination.

- Optimize AI agent performance, collaboration efficiency, and autonomous decision-making.

- Evaluate AI systems using metrics such as Autonomy Score, Collaboration Efficiency, and Task Completion Rate.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
