About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in developing data-driven solutions and applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, data science, and Python programming, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning and predictive analytics models.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights.

- Develop data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.

- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science solutions.

- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Statistics.

- Candidates from premium institutions are preferred.

Work Model :

- Work location : Chennai (Parrys Corner) or Bengaluru (Koramangala).

- A hybrid work option may be considered under a contract employment model.

- For the hybrid contract model, only the fixed compensation will be applicable. Incentives and variable pay will not be provided.
