Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist based in our Bangalore office, you will serve as a technical bridge between complex biological datasets and actionable business strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical researchers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate pharmaceutical challenges into robust machine learning models. Your work will directly influence the speed and accuracy of drug development cycles, ensuring that our clients can bring life-saving treatments to market with greater precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy predictive models to analyze clinical trial data, enabling stakeholders to identify potential risks and optimize patient recruitment strategies.

- Design automated pipelines for processing high-dimensional genomic and proteomic data to accelerate research and development timelines.

- Translate complex analytical findings into intuitive visualizations and reports for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing pharmaceutical platforms, ensuring scalability and high performance.

- Conduct rigorous statistical validation of models to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the pharma space.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate proficiency in building and deploying machine learning models using Python or R, with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and data manipulation.

- Possess 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics to solve complex problems within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical insights to diverse stakeholders and influence project direction.

- Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.

- Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, balancing independent research with collaborative team sprints.
