Job Description - AI Data Scientist (NLP & Generative AI)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Scientist with strong Python programming, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Generative AI expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience developing intelligent AI solutions using traditional machine learning and modern LLM-based architectures. This role requires someone who can work across the complete AI development lifecycle, from data exploration and model development to building and deploying production-ready Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business problems.

- Develop NLP pipelines for processing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large volumes of textual data.

- Design and develop LLM-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies, including RAG and Agentic AI workflows.

- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable AI/ML solutions using Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Implement best practices around responsible AI, data privacy, and model transparency.

Technical Requirements:

- Strong hands-on Python programming and development experience.

- Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM-based Generative AI applications.

- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.

- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical domains is an added advantage.
