We are looking for a Data Scientist who can turn data into actionable insights and build scalable machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for Credit Underwriting & Portfolio Analytics

- Analyze large datasets for developing scorecards using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques and develop Application, Behavior & Collection Score Cards.

- Develop Granular Portfolio Analytics for decision making

- Track model performance, suggest improvements and implement approved changes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Optimize models for performance and scalability

- Integrate models to IT systems, and set up systems processes for offline models

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Model Development & Deployment in any sector (BFSI, Consumer, Health, Travel, etc)

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

- Experience with machine learning techniques

- Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git

- Experience of cloud platform like GCP/AWS/Azure

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
