Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions, building and deploying machine learning models, and translating complex business problems into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models for business use cases.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to understand requirements and define data science solutions.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments and ensure model performance and reliability.
- Develop predictive and classification models using appropriate machine learning algorithms.
- Create data visualizations and present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for model development, experimentation, documentation, and version control.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other data science libraries.
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Good understanding of model deployment, APIs, and ML lifecycle practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
