Job Description :

We are looking for Data Science professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address challenges in both modeling and business contexts.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop highly efficient, clean, and reusable production-grade code using advanced Python and OOP concepts.

- Build, train, and fine-tune Deep Learning architectures optimized for domain-specific data.

- Proactively identify data anomalies and modeling challenges, implementing robust architectural solutions.

- Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Vertex AI, to streamline the ML lifecycle.

- Write optimized, complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze massive datasets within BigQuery.

- Collaborate with data engineering to design cloud-based data processing frameworks.

- Implement MLOps practices and tools to automate model deployment, versioning, and tracking.

- Set up continuous monitoring for data drift, concept drift, and model performance degradation.

- Apply deep domain knowledge to navigate complex compliance, privacy, and structural challenges inherent to Healthcare/Insurance datasets.

- Proactively align data science initiatives with business KPIs (e.g., fraud detection, risk assessment, patient outcomes, claim automation).

- A strong command of Python, particularly Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, is essential.

Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare or Insurance domain will be highly preferred.

Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI and BigQuery, is critical for this role.

Required Skills :
