Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Hyderabad. This pivotal role involves leveraging advanced analytical techniques and machine learning models to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic business decisions.

You will be instrumental in developing innovative data-driven solutions, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate intricate problems into scalable, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models using Python to solve complex business challenges, such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection, enhancing operational intelligence and decision-making for various internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing using SQL to uncover hidden patterns, identify key trends, and provide data-backed recommendations that inform strategic initiatives and optimize business performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to translate analytical findings into tangible product features and operational improvements, ensuring seamless integration of data science solutions into existing platforms.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and performance monitoring, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture and influencing strategic direction.

- Mentor junior data scientists, sharing best practices in model development, data governance, and analytical methodologies, contributing to the growth and development of the team's capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning, including proficiency with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and optimization across large-scale relational and non-relational databases.

- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of a wide range of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), statistical modeling techniques, and experimental design principles.

- Proven ability to design, implement, and validate predictive models, along with experience in model evaluation, tuning, and deployment in production environments.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical rigor, and a keen eye for detail, coupled with the capacity to translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering from a premier institution.

- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment in Chennai or Hyderabad, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
