Job Summary :

The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights, build scalable ML solutions, and drive measurable business impact across operations, forecasting, optimization, and decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

- Design data pipelines and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and leadership teams

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability

- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and industry best practices

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL

- Expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks and libraries

- Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting platforms

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies is an added advantage

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
