Job description :

- Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning.

- Developing advanced algorithms and models to extract valuable insights from complex datasets, with a focus on generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

- Conducting thorough exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, anomalies, and correlations in the data for NLP/Time series/Vision capability streams.

- Fine-tuning pre-trained models to optimize their performance for specific tasks and domains.

- Strong working knowledge of agent-based and Agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs for reasoning, planning, and task execution.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables and integrating AI models into production environments.

- Applying statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems and generate accurate predictions.

- Utilizing cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.

- Implementing MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and management.

- Proficiency in Python or R, along with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Staying updated with the latest advancements in data science, generative AI, and cloud AI services.

- Experience in developing and deploying AI/Gen AI based systems in production.

- Mentoring junior data scientists and providing technical guidance.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, translating intricate business challenges into innovative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions to enhance product functionalities such as intelligent search, content generation, and conversational AI for our diverse user base, directly improving engagement and satisfaction.

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution, delivering significant operational efficiencies and enabling novel service offerings across various business units.

- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, ensuring robust, scalable, and impactful AI solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments, translating complex technical insights into actionable product features and accelerating the time-to-market for intelligent capabilities.

- Conduct rigorous research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, particularly in NLP, LLMs, and multi-agent systems, to maintain a competitive edge and continuously innovate our product suite and technological roadmap.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning in advanced AI methodologies within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence principles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

- Extensive practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), encompassing model architecture, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems for complex problem-solving.

- Proficiency in Python and leading ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, coupled with strong data manipulation and analysis skills.

- Solid grasp of statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies to validate and optimize AI solutions.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps, model deployment, and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, analytical rigor, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institution.

- This role is based in Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Visakhapatnam/Vizag, requiring strong collaboration within a dynamic team environment.
