We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to develop intelligent AI and Machine Learning solutions for Retail, Supply Chain, OMS, and WMS platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Recommendation Systems, NLP, and Predictive Analytics, along with experience building scalable production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI & Machine Learning :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for Supply Chain, Retail, OMS, and WMS platforms.

Build predictive models for :

1. Forecasting

2. Anomaly Detection

3. Fraud Detection

4. Customer Intelligence

5. Operational Decision Making

- Develop Generative AI applications using:

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

2. AI Agents

3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

4. Workflow orchestration frameworks

- Build recommendation and personalization engines using customer behavior and contextual signals.

Data Engineering :

- Develop scalable feature engineering and data processing pipelines using Python and PySpark.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable business insights.

- Apply optimization and decision intelligence techniques to solve complex retail and supply chain problems.

Model Development & Deployment :

- Design, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models using appropriate performance metrics.

- Build APIs and production-ready AI services.

- Deploy AI solutions in cloud environments.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Participate in AI platform architecture discussions.

- Present model insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Recommendation Systems, and MLOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- 36 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.

Technical Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.

- Hands-on experience in:

1. Machine Learning (Classification, Regression, Clustering)

2. Time Series Forecasting

3. Generative AI & LLMs

4. Recommendation Systems

5. NLP & Information Retrieval

6. Optimization & Decision Intelligence

- Experience with:
