Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist - Generative AI & Machine Learning to develop and implement machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, classical machine learning, statistical analysis, and modern GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for business and analytical use cases.

- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to solve complex problems.

- Build and optimize ML models using scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.

- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical modeling using NumPy, Pandas, and statsmodels.

- Work on Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) use cases.

- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and work with relevant GenAI architectures.

- Use frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to build and orchestrate GenAI applications.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve the performance and reliability of LLM-based solutions.

- Analyze model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and effectiveness.

- Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 9 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.

- Strong programming expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.

- Strong understanding of Classical Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning.

- Experience with XGBoost and LightGBM.

- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Good understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis using statsmodels.
