Mandatory Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
- MLOps and ML model deployment
- Feature Engineering
- Data Modeling & SQL
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end ML models
What Youll Do :
- Develop and deploy ML models for fraud detection and transaction risk use cases.
- Own the complete ML lifecycle including feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Analyze fraud/risk data and optimize business rules and fraud prevention strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business policies.
- Support Power BI dashboards and reporting for model performance and fraud risk metrics.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and lead analytics/ML initiatives.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Fraud Detection, Financial Risk, Banking/FinTech, or Analytics.
- Exposure to AWS services such as S3, SageMaker, Lambda, or Glue.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
