Job Description :

- GenAI, Agentic AI (prod grade systems), Multi agentic systems, RAG, MCP, Observability for Agentic AI, Evaluations of Agentic AI systems. Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, clinical data management experience (familiarity with SDTM, ADaM, TLF) will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to automate data processing and model training for improved operational efficiency.

- Develop and fine-tune deep learning models, including LLMs and NLP frameworks, to enhance the functionality of client-facing applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and compliance with industry standards.

- Optimize existing AI infrastructure to reduce latency and improve the scalability of data-intensive applications for global clients.
