Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist II to join our AI & Data Science team.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI capabilities across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Machine Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Analytics, with strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and AWS Machine Learning services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Own the complete AI/ML lifecycle, including data collection, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Develop and implement advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Build rapid prototypes, conduct experiments, and scale successful models into production.

- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable business insights.

- Develop robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

- Mentor and guide Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers.

- Conduct code reviews and promote AI/ML best practices across the engineering organization.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

- AWS SageMaker, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Amazon Redshift, AWS Cloud Services.

4. Data Engineering :

5. Software Development :

- REST APIs, Version Control (Git), CI/CD for ML Models, MLOps Concepts.

Preferred Skills :

- Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Vector Databases, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS Certification, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow.

Domain Expertise (Preferred) :

- Experience working with Project Management platforms, Resource Planning applications, Portfolio Management solutions, Enterprise SaaS products, and Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or Data Engineer (AI/ML Focus).

- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions from concept through production deployment.
