About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, commercial analytics, and large-scale AI solution development.

This role will focus on solving complex business problems across areas such as Promotion Effectiveness, Trade Promotion Optimization, Demand Forecasting, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Analytics, and Commercial Intelligence. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Science & Advanced Analytics :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science solutions to solve complex business challenges.

- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models to improve business decision-making.

- Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and optimization methods to generate actionable insights.

- Develop scalable analytical frameworks for commercial and operational excellence.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business drivers.

Generative AI, RAG & Agentic AI :

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise AI applications.

- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Build AI-powered assistants, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions.

- Implement vector search, semantic retrieval, prompt engineering, and knowledge management frameworks.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

Machine Learning Model Development :

- Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical use cases.

- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

- Build model monitoring, governance, and performance evaluation frameworks.

- Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize AI/ML solutions.

Commercial Analytics & Business Solutions :

- Drive advanced analytics initiatives in :

Stakeholder Management & Consulting :

- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and analytical requirements.

- Conduct workshops and solution discovery sessions to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

- Act as a trusted advisor on AI, Data Science, and Analytics initiatives.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analytics professionals.

- Establish best practices in Data Science, AI development, and model governance.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across data science initiatives.

- Contribute to organizational AI strategy and capability development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.

- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.

- Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Strong business acumen with experience solving commercial and operational business challenges.
