Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to spearhead our AIML initiatives, focusing on the development and deployment of sophisticated Generative AI solutions.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex technical research and practical business applications, working closely with cross-functional product teams, engineering leads, and key stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI architectures.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-based applications, ensuring that our data-driven products not only meet high performance standards but also deliver tangible value to our global customer base. By leveraging cutting-edge frameworks, you will drive innovation that directly influences our strategic roadmap and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust RAG pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of LLM-driven responses for enterprise-grade applications.

- Design complex agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to automate multi-step reasoning tasks for internal and external stakeholders.

- Deploy and manage scalable AIML models within the Azure ecosystem, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with existing data infrastructure.

- Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics for AI features, ensuring that technical outputs align with broader business objectives and user needs.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers by fostering a culture of technical excellence, rigorous code reviews, and continuous learning in the evolving AI landscape.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and fine-tuning LLMs, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.

- Proven ability to architect complex AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph, translating high-level requirements into functional, production-ready code.

- Strong proficiency in the Azure cloud environment, specifically in managing AI services, model deployment, and data pipelines to support large-scale machine learning operations.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- A Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in mathematical modeling and algorithmic design.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, or Bengaluru, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration within distributed teams.

- Possess 8 - 12 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning, with a track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions in a fast-paced corporate setting.
