Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions by applying advanced analytics, machine learning, statistical modelling, and AI techniques.

The role involves working with large datasets, building predictive models, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with business teams to solve complex problems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Data Modelling, Python, and Advanced Analytics, with the ability to transform data into business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.

- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Build predictive models, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and optimization solutions.

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for decision-making.

- Implement model performance monitoring and continuous improvement strategies.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams for scalable ML solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python/R

- Expertise in ML algorithms Regression, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, NLP

- Experience with frameworks like :

1. TensorFlow

2. PyTorch

3. Scikit-learn

- Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Data Mining techniques

- Experience with SQL and large-scale data processing

- Knowledge of Big Data platforms (Spark/Hadoop preferred)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
