Data Scientist

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist with around 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, hands-on experience with Python, and familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world business problems, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business challenges.

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Build predictive and statistical models to improve business decision-making.

- Write efficient and scalable code using Python and relevant data science libraries.

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Monitor model performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

- Experience working with SQL and handling large datasets.

- Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, or recommendation systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is advantageous.
