Data Privacy Manager

We are hiring a "Data Privacy Manager" to lead privacy programs, ensure compliance with global regulations, and manage privacy risks across the organization.

Experience : 5 to 10 Years (5 Years in Data Privacy is Must)

Location : Bangalore Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end data privacy program.

- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, DPDP (India).

- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).

- Handle data breaches & incident management.

- Manage vendor & third-party privacy compliance.

- Drive privacy policies, frameworks & training.

- Work with legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

Must Have Skills :

- Strong knowledge of GDPR / CCPA / DPDP.

- Experience in privacy risk assessment (PIA/DPIA).

- Hands-on in privacy program management.

- Experience handling data breaches/incidents.

- Strong stakeholder management.

Good to Have :

- Certifications: CIPP / CIPM / CIPT / DCPP.

- ISO 27701 knowledge.
